Wiggy Kit, created by Wiggy Hindmarch, is a luxury womenswear brand known for designing a carefully curated wardrobe of versatile and sophisticated pieces. Wiggy Kit has become the go-to brand for an everyday wardrobe to take you through the seasons in style, reimagining their signature dresses, skirts and shirts with iconic silhouettes year after year.

The Brief

Wiggy Kit approached Goram & Vincent in Spring 2021, ahead of the launch of their highly anticipated Spring Summer 21 collection. After our initial paid media set-up for Google & Meta ads, alongside implementing analytics and tracking solutions, we worked towards a long-term, full-funnel digital marketing strategy with the aim to drive brand awareness, website traffic and improve revenue – tailored to each collection and aligned with the overall brand objectives.

Right from the beginning of our partnership, we implemented a full-funnel strategy across Google ads and Meta ads for seven collection launches in a row. Our core focus was to improve brand awareness and drive revenue from new customers. Having tested and evolved with Wiggy Kit’s growing customer base, we refined our paid media strategy over the past three years, and supported the outstanding growth and success of the brand.


Google Ads

We implement a full-funnel strategy on Google ads with the overarching aim to drive revenue, capitalising on users actively searching in a shopping mindset and showing purchase intent. We carefully curate our ad copy to align with the luxury tone of voice of the brand, while including relevant call to actions (CTA’s) to ensure ads are sales-focused. We continue to see high levels of success from Google’s Performance Max campaign, capitalising on strong lifestyle images and video alongside collection-focused copy tailored to specific product types to drive sales.


Meta Ads

Our full-funnel strategy on Meta has shown excellent success for Wiggy Kit, leveraging high-quality creative and video coupled with on-brand ad copy to engage users and interrupt scrolling. The overall goal of our Meta ads strategy is to build brand awareness and attract new customers, while supporting our Google ads campaigns by inspiring searches. More recently, we have seen impressive results from Meta’s Advantage+ Shopping campaign which is successfully contributing to our new customer acquisition strategy, aligned with overall brand objectives.
